Thanks for a great service. I consider the battery excellant value, it fitted perfectly and will see the car out to the end of its days. I only use the car for around 1200 miles a year so use the "accumate battery conditioner" about once a month to keep the battery fully charged. Really pleased with my purchase - it saved a lot of money and the hassle of driving to collect it. You should have 5 stars for service, quality and delivery.

Brilliant service from the Battery...

Brilliant service from the Battery Guys. Not only was the battery supplied quickly but came fully charged AND had a higher amp-hour rating than the Mercedes OEM battery which it was replacing. Definitely use these guys again - recommend.

The delivery was very poor - failing to find our house on two occasions although clearly shown on all satnavs and no other delivery companies have had any problems finding us. It meant that we were without the car for a few days, quite unnecessarily I am sure that this was the delivery company and not the battery guys, who were quite apologetic.

It was delivered to an alternative address and i was e-mailed to let me know it had been delivered,at what time and who had signed to accept it. The Battery Guys kept their promise of a prompt delivery and i cannot praise their efficiency enough. I most certainly will recommend them to others.

Battery ordered one day and received the next; very well packed and exactly the same specs as the BMW battery which it replaced. Assuming the battery operation is as as good as the service already received, I would use Battery Guys again.
