The table below gives the delivery date for all orders taken before 3.00 pm of the date shown in the left hand column. All deliveries will be with City Link and a signature is required unless in the delivery comments box an alternative arrangement is made such as “leave with a neighbour” or “by the wheelie bin”.

Our promise is to deliver to the main land and the following regions within the United Kingdom: The Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands. In order to keep our costs low we operate a two zone system where approximately 95% of the population will receive a next working day service for orders taken before 3pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Exception: Due to excessive courier cost we do not deliver to The Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland.

Zone 2: The Highlands Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and the Based on 2 working days delivery
Next day delivery is based on orders placed before 3pm, anytime after this parcels will only be despatched the next working day on a next day (Monday to Friday) delivery basis. Delivery is between Monday - Friday 7.30am -6pm and customers will need to use an address where our delivery service can collect a signature for receipt of goods.
Our business is based on supplying customers rapidly with what they need quickly. We use national carries to provide a national delivery service and do all that we can to ensure rapid delivery to you, however there may be circumstances outside of our control that may affect delivery schedules and cannot be guaranteed. As such we reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
